Dear Mrs. Keyes:

I have eliminated the reference to Pictorial Review in your April letter. Perhaps the Review is responsible for the introduction of a uniform marriage and divorce bill but I rather doubt it. At any rate Good Housekeeping published the article that first started the women’s clubs to discussing the matter. You may remember Judge Grant’s article something over two years ago.

As to your not mentioning the discussion of the birth control bill, I am glad that you ignored it. At the present time I do not care to have it discussed in the pages of Good Housekeeping.

Sincerely,
W.F. Bigelow
